Returns & Exchanges

Return window

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please email us before sending anything back, so we can expect your package.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we sent you the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we will cover the return shipping and offer you a refund or a replacement.

Every crystal we sell is 100% natural and one of a kind — no two pieces are exactly alike. Natural crystals form over millions of years, and the following are normal, inherent features of genuine natural stone: cloudy inclusions (often called "cotton"), internal veins and fractures, tiny surface pits or rough spots, small marks around drill holes, and slight variations in color, clarity and size.

These features are NOT defects and are NOT quality issues — they are proof that your piece is real, natural crystal, and returns cannot be accepted on the basis of these natural characteristics. If you are looking for a perfectly flawless piece, please consider this carefully before ordering, because natural crystal is never factory-perfect.

Final sale

Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Open Box (live shopping)

Paid items can be held at your request and combined into one shipment. Your box stays open until you tell me to ship it — just let me know whenever you are ready. Each piece is one of a kind, and once it is claimed it is taken off the floor and held just for you, so claimed items are final once they are in your box. If anything arrives damaged or different from what you saw in the live, message me and I will make it right.
